Hotel "Kolumbs" furnished in 1914. in a building built in 2006, after its reconstruction it has been open to visitors since 2006. annual. The family-run hotel has 32 different categories of air-conditioned rooms. We offer cozy premises for work and leisure. We have conference and billiard halls, SPA recreation complex with sauna and jacuzzi. Catering is provided by our restaurant "Tik un tā" . Electric cars can be charged in the courtyard, in cooperation with "Elektrum" . The hotel has a convenient location, close to both the center and the beach.

Guest house "UANETA" is located in Grobina, Kalēju Street 53. We offer you a great rest in one of the eight cozy rooms of the guest house, which can accommodate up to 20 people at the same time, and relax in our sauna with outdoor pool. Guests have at their disposal a large garden with a swing, a picnic area with a garden fireplace, where you can cook delicious soup, bake pancakes or grill whatever your heart desires. For your celebration, we offer a banquet hall that can accommodate up to 50 guests.

LTD "IS" the log production plant is located in Valmiermuiža. Two production lines are currently operating in our log house production facility, where turned logs are prepared with high precision and quality for the frame of each log house, guaranteeing the preparation of high-quality building material for the further construction process. The capacity of our production facility ensures a high pace of production of log houses, which is an essential prerequisite for being able to produce all necessary volumes of log houses ordered in time and to be able to fully develop and work on export markets. Currently, our log buildings are installed all over Latvia, we have started several projects in Estonia. In the next 2 years, we plan to start exporting the manufactured log houses to Germany, France, Poland and Scandinavian countries.
